Manage funders and partners more effectively (G)

We intend to:

  • Improve the management of relationships with key funders and other stakeholders more effectively, by providing a single central record that holds information on all University interactions.

We plan to deliver:

  • Work to gather researcher’s requirements for an effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Align with wider work in the University that is already happening in this domain (eg the Research and Business Engagement CRM plan)
  • Integrate the CRM with other UOM systems, such as Pure and Oracle Financials when the plan allows.
  • Provide training for wider usage of the CRM system as required by developed plans.
